Question Deleting files

I removed an old version of Diskeeper in order to load the newest disk I have. I searched after removing and found 12 files on each of my 2 hard drives that were attached to the program.
I tried to extract them into my documents and delete them from there without success. The files read C:\Program Files\Data.Cab, the same for D drive. I have tried all I know to try and delete them but can't. I don't know that they are hurting anything, but I have a problem with files I don't need.......Any help??????
