Default Defragmenting Software

A long time ago the top dog to me was Norton Speed Disk. With my recent disgust with thier anti-virus products I was wondering who makes the best defragmenting software. The windows built in stuff defrags but doesnt really optimize the PC. Plus I like having a scheduler to clean things up when I am sleeping.

Any free solutions are a great help also.
