Defragmenting files...

I just defragmented some of my hard drives, and all went fine but only one hard drive came up with some files not defragmented. It just says some files could not be defragmented. Is this bad? The files that weren't defragmented were some movies and some games.

Don't worry about it, there are lots of reasons why you may not be able to defrag any particular file. E.g. inuse by windows or another program etc.
Using a more powerful defragging program may help.

Restart in safe mode (just tap F8 repeatedly on start up and choose safe mode), and run defrag then. Most of the ones that couldn't defrag will in safe mode.

also you can get a 3rd party defrag program like diskeeper i love it and it has a boot time defrag
