Default Defragment tutorial?

I would like to find a tutorial that fully explains disk cleanup and defragmenting but one that shows you how to read the displays too, any links anyone?

Thanks for the links, I always search before posting, unfortunately I am looking for something more in-depth and not just for a tutorial telling me "how" to defrag, here's an example

http://www.raxco.com/products/perfec...al.pdf#search='windows%20defragment%20tutorial'

but I need one explaining the graphic displays when defragging

Exactly, which is why I am still looking, I think this one explains the displays best and may have to do if I can't find one that's more detailed but this should explain what I am looking for

Google for white papers or lookaround in the commercial defrag websites, you might find something more technical perhaps.

Appreciate the link but it looks like the one I posted above explains it good enough as now I fully understand how the defrag displays work and what they mean, thanks.
