Defragment

I am on Windows 7 SP1 and I know there is a built in defragmenter but I am unsure of its quality and looking for a commerdial version. I have tried Raxco PD-12 and it has caused me heartache in that system files are not consolidated and can be scattered all over the drive even though it has a system defragger

Can anyone guide me to a source a little more apprpropiate for Windows 7
