Default defrag problem

I tried to drfrag today
it told me I needed to as I was 37% fragmented etc..

I executed the derag and after five mins it was done

altough it still say i am 36% fragmented and some files can not be defragmented

can anyone help me?

try cleaning up your drive, doing a scandisk/chkdsk etc....then run the defrag or use a non windows version

so you analyzed it first then clicked defrag right? I would use another utility to defrag like o&o defrag

LOL I used O&O and it ran till 100% but I am still fragmented here is the results list

I use CCleaner all the time LOVE it anyway
I ran a first time test clean up with that CLEAN UP program here is what came out of it is it safe to remove all that registry stuff?
