I've just read through all the December updates released by Microsoft.
There are updates to do with the 2007 Time Zone updates
it says that GMT time zone is not applicable.
All the workstations will always stay in GMT time zone.
Do I need to install this update? from what I understand it only affects machines that are in those time zones that are changing?
is that right?
