to me it mit be the psu or the vga card in that labtop is messing up. Or something

*EDIT* and something esle everyone here knows something about computer here or is learning.

you know i just remebered something have you updated your windows and video cards driver. well all the driver on that computer.

My laptop is at my house right now. And I'm at a friend's house. I can get the model type tomarrow and then post it on here, thank you for your help so far.

A driver is a piece of software that allows your piece of hardware to work nicely with the operating system.

You will need to download the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website.

dlb all you got to do is go to hp.com and put in your model type and stuff and download the updates for that type very easy and simply. that mit jst be your problem that you never installed updates.
