Default Cursor / data miners?? / Registry items

Adaware lists over 100 registry entries , calling them data miners and referencing I have since uninstalled the toolbar for Starware, which had 1 or more gadgets also found at I also ran uninstaller found at C'sys'.com , but still have the reg. entries sitting there.
Then I ran SpyBot , and it also found the data miners, but identified them as "Cursor.......?"(controls, I think) you see, one of the "toys" on the Starware toolbar was to change your cursor into dozens ..perhaps over 100....of cute items.
Would you say it would be safe to delete all of these entries defined as "Cursor....whatevers" , and having data pointing to
