CTRL, ALT and WINKEY

First, what program are you working in? Some programs use different methods of copying to the clipboard, since some use their own clipboard instead of the Windows clipboard. Second, what does this have to do with CRTL-ALT-WINKEY?

All my shortcuts doesn't work in any programs

Lets keep it basic...Have you tried restarting the computer?

Have you done any recent scans for viruses and spyware?

yes all of them

Have you tried doing a system restore to restore you registry settings back to before this happened?

how do you do this?

 

[beedubaya]

Click start, point to "All Programs", point to "Accessories", point to "System Tools," then click System Restore. After you are in the system restore wizard, select restore your computer to an earlier time, then click next. It will give you a calendar from which you can select a date from which your computer was working properly and restore your system to that point.
