Ctrl Alt Delete ~ Messed Up

While I was looking at my system processes today I must have hit some shortcut or something that completely removed the top part of the thing that pops up when you hit ctrl alt delete... Basically all I see is the processes in the big box and I see end process button..

No Minimize,Maximize, Close buttons either..

Maybe someone can give me a tip on how to reverse whatever I have done.

Double click anywhere between the black line and the outline of the task manager window.
