Hello. Got this mail from a client, anyone who knows what causes this problem?

"HI,

I am facing technical issue with my CRM

Each time I try to create opportunity its stuck when I try to get any account from the lookup list "

CRM 4.0 works best with IE 8, and at max 9. Make sure she's using compatibility mode when on the organization's site.
