Creating an installation XP CD

I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to creating a bootable cd from an existing windows xp installation. My desire is to backup my entire c: onto a bootable cd. I currently have 2 installations of XP and want to use one to install on the other...

Make an image using Clonezilla. Then apply the image onto a different HDD. Then use a key changing utility to change the Windows license to an unactivated one.
