Default Creating A Folder Password

Hi all, is there any way to take a folder, and password protect that folder? I would like it to be restricted, even if someone has administrator rights, or is using the same user account. Any suggestions? I'm using Win XP Pro.

No built in solution for any windows version though I would like to recomend encrypt easy. Over 64 algorithems and hashes. 2048 bit encryption and password protecting files. 30 day trail.
