I know how to create a cpl shortcut for example;
Will open the desktop display into the settings TAB.
I would like to know how to express this, I want to go two more steps. [Advanced] button and then [troubleshoot] TAB. I believe the Advanced button is opening up another applet window titled "Plug and Play Monitor..." So the desk.cpl might not need to be called at all. But I have hit a dead end and my braincells are smoking...
