Default Crashing and Random restarting

Hi all. I have a serious problem here. I bought a new computer three days ago and it's been having problems. Yes, already. I'm trying to solve the problems myself because the tech guy of the computer company where I got the computer from gave me trivial and worthless advice, blaming it on the OS, which he installed himself. He wants me to re-install the OS even though the OS CD wasn't included. The problem is, I don't want to send the computer off to servicing, which is why I need all the help I can get here to possibly fix the computer myself.

The problem is that the computer restarts and freezes on its own. Sometimes it even shuts down on its own. First of all, I know what the problem is NOT. It is not a cooling fan problem. I checked and all 3 fans work fine, though one of them expels hot air instead of cold air.

Also, I have Windows XP Pro, which the guy installed onto my computer. My harddrive is 160GB, which could be what was causing the problem. I have Pentium IV 3.2 Ghz 400 MB RAM. These are all new, by the way.

Here are the specs. Every time the computer restarts itself, an error message pops up stating that Windows has recovered from a serious problem. And the error code is something like:

BCCode : c000021a BCP1 : E3041350 BCP2 : C000001D BCP3 : 77F57D0C
BCP4 : 0366F938 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 1_0 Product : 256_1

And I checked OS Events under Events viewer to find all the times when the computer shut down or froze or restarted. Of course I'm not computer literate enough to figure out which error is relating to what, I just copied and pasted most of the system errors here:

I am installing Windows XP Service pack 1 to see if it will help. In the meantime if anybody has any suggestions, please let me know.

Thanks very much.

Well, the first thing I always think of when computers randomly restart is a power supply issue. Maybe you should have your checked?
