CPU usage, Working at 100% and in the red, WHY?

Right now I am trying to start a game and I have the task manager up. When I am playing the manager says 100% usage and it is 90% Red not green. I have no idea why, I assume its bad, any ideas?

It's only been a few weeks since I stopped using windows and I doubt my memory faded that fast but I don't think the task manager moniter ever turns red. I always reached 100% CPU usage when making RAR archives on my VAIO never did the monitor turn red. Please explain and give screenshots.

right click the taskbar/task manager/view/unclick show kernal times


if memory serves me right...if red goes above green, you have a problem, but that takes a big ol' screw up
