Cpu Fan adjust and Cpu Temp

Hi

Is there any software that can both measure cpu temp and adjust the cpu fan speed? I looked in the sticky but I happened to not find one with these abilities.

If you have a ASUS Motherboard, I believe AIBooster will do it for you, there are several others, just not any that I know of.
