Default Copying from damaged CDs and DVDs

I have some partially corrupt (physically damaged) CDs and DVDs but would like to copy from them all the data which is intact. However, when copying to my harddrive, if there is a crc-error with one file windows will stop the process altogether - even though further files which it hasn't yet tried to copy are fine. The only way round this seems to be to copy each file one by one, but this would take far too long as the discs contain hundreds of files. Is there any trick or piece of software that might help me with this problem? I.e. a program which when it gets a crc-error will attempt to copy the next file rather than aborting.

If the scratches/damage is to the shiney side, get the Skip Dr. and run the CD through it. I think it's something like $25, and it fixes 98% of scratched CD's.

If the scratches/damage is to the label side ... there's no way to fix it.
