Copy outlook 2003 contacts to another computer

I've tried to copy outlook 2003 contacts from one pc to another. I following the instructions given by microsoft (http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA011053931033.aspx) which seems to work but when I click the Address Book button in Outlook, it comes up saying there is something wrong with the contacts folder...

I need to access this so I can create contact groups etc.

ANy ideas?

Delete the contact list and try again.

I've tried that and after importing again, still the same problem... Am I deleting the contact list correctly?

try to manually delete the address book (if thats what you're talking about) and just moving the one with all your contacts over
