Default Copy Install at Bootup

Whenever i get to the desktop, i get this Windows Installer Window trying to install a program called "COPY" and it has a bunch of installer errors, once you cancel it, it starts right back up, any ideas, i have no idea of what this customer did, i think it was a bad Windows Install.

When you first boot up and the Copy starts, Check your task manager.
Is it "Copy.exe"?
