Default copresing files

hey dude..i have almost 5GB worth of stuff on my pc that i want to compres so its less than hard drive is filling up and i dont want to delet anything or uninstall if you can help that would be cool

You can download a program called WinRaR:

It will compress quite nicely, but I've not tried anything bigger than 500 mb or so.

buy another HDD. 80g/b is 60$. They are cheap now.
