Converting Appleworks Databases to Access Databases

I'm currently working on transferring documents from a Mac to a PC.
Appleworks has a built-in converter for Word Processing and Spreadsheets, which I know how to use. Thus, I have all Appleworks WPs and SSs converted to MS Word and Excel.
However....
There is no built-in converter for Appleworks Databases-- they can't be converted to Access. The person using this computer relies heavily on database activities with linked word processing output/reports.

Any thoughts? Recommendations?

Try convert to spreadsheet (Excel), then import Excel file from Access...

jcline is correct. The easiest way to bring things over is to export your DB to a text file (comma-delim is good) and then import that into Access. Rather than an Excel file, a plain text file will do the job, and you don't have to worry about any Excel clingons.
