kind of...
when I scan a document it creates a .jpg
I would like to turn that into a pdf.
I've done it before with some trial software from adobe but I'm looking for a free way to do it. I know there are ways around it but I'm trying to keep everything on this laptop legit
CutePDF is a free PDF writer. You create PDF files by selecting and printing to a 'CutePDF Printer' (much the same way you would print to an inkjet printer), but instead the document is outputted into a file. http://www.foxitsoftware.com/

I was thinking of this too. Its the best free PDF maker. I have used it and my experience backs this software up. Just arrange the pictures in a DOC document and go to Print and select CutePDF. It literally prints a PDF file out =D
