Can anyone here tell me how to convert a Game DVD into a CD rom since I don't have a DVD rom drive. I do have access to a DVD rom burner at a local cyber cafe. Please help.

I think the easiest way would be to make an image out of the DVD, split the image file into ~700MB chunks, and burn each one into a CD. You can use isoBuster for this.
