Well go to the Virus section. It is about 5 forums down and look for the sticky thread for Osiris's guide to spyware removal. That will guide you on how to remove any and all spyware.

From there get the LiveCD version of MemTest86 and burn that to CD and run that after a restart with the CD in the tray and see if it returns any errors on the RAM.
