Conputer won't stay off

I just built a computer with XP SP2 and when I shutdown the computer it stays off for 5 mins then reboots. What is the problem?

mabye you hooked up the button cables on the front panel of the motherboard wrong, thats all the ideas i have

Check the APM settings in control panel.

Check your BIOS to make sure that you do not have any WAKE ON LAN setting on.

Yeah, I was gonna say check your BIOS for that too...
