Check out this website I found, it doesn't do anything for your connection, as in "repair" or "fix" the problems with your service, but it will definately tell you what is going on with your connection. It's a cool little program if you want to.

Yeh,

thats a nice little program there, which is only 2mb to download. Picked up on a few places where my connection could be improved but overall showed no real problems. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to monitor their Internet connection speeds.

However the program is slightly limited in what it can do to improve your connection speeds and it only recommends reporting the results to your ISP is they are unusally bad.
