Hello,

Recently when we changed hosting companies for our website, we had some issues receiving email, so we had to update our MX record with them to point to our exchange server which we have in-house. When we were still having issues, I realized that for some reason our old host had a PTR record of email.domain.com for our IP address instead of mail.domain.com as our new host required. I contacted our ISP and had them change it. This could take up to 24 hours to propagate, so it's hard to tell if everything is working yet. We also changed the incoming IP address for mail on our exchange server.

While we are waiting for all this to update, are there any other issues that anyone can think of that we should be changing as well?

Thanks,
Chris
