Computer wont boot. HELP

I just installed Outpost Firewall and now my computer wont boot. I ran the Outpost installer and restarted the computer when prompted. It loaded the boot screen and then it just freezes and wont respond. I previously had Zone Alarm Pro installed and I did not uninstall it when i installed Outpost. Is there any way I can fix this? Does Windows XP have a Safe Mode that I can use? ANY help would be appreciated?

If you get it working just use ZA, so far in about 4 months it has blocked 90676 hackers from my computer (hackers love hacking into cable internet)

i dont have that proggy but i have a router,
with a bult in firewall, that should be good aswell right?
