ok this may be the most stupid question ever asked on this board and i know im gonna get flamed for this. but how do you find out your computer temps. cpu temp, load, idle etc....

That's not necessarily a stupid question, but it would possibly be more successful in the hardware forum.

Aside from that, you can find your temperatures by downloading a piece of software. For example, Everest is good (http://www.lavalys.com/products/overview.php?pid=1&lang=en&pageid=1).

Most modern motherboards will support temperature readings. To find the temperatures under load you need to stress the CPU while watching the temps. Download prime95 and run that while monitoring in Everest.

You can also go into your BIOS Settings and check the computers health.

This will show you various information towards the computers status.
