What software do you use to monitor your computer in real time to make sure everything is working well?

windows task manager. press ctrl+shift+esc to open. look at performance tab, cpu graph shows what percentage of cpu time your machine is using. if that percentage is 100% for an extended period of time, you should investigate. The processes tab should show you which process is using all the time. click the cpu column header twice to sort by the cpu time decending.

I use Asus Probe \ Everest to check temps, and task manager when their's a problem.

I just know my PC is working well, I dont get spyware

I use AVG and Microsoft Antispyware Beta
