Ok here are the specs:

1gb ram
x800 gto
Ok I was using my pc the other day when my friend told me to download limewire and I obviously said **** no! So I go in my attic looking for something and I guess while I was up there he dowloaded, installed, and starting downloading stuff with limewire. I quickly stopped it and uninstalled the program.
Later that day I restarted and once I did my pc was running slow as can be. When doing unzips of files or loading games/playing them it lags every couple of seconds and music skips. I have scanned and removed some stuff but nothing too bad. I did Warez Monster's quide and its 100% clean and there is nothing running in the background but it still lags like a *****. What can I do?
