Compaq BIOS update problems

Hey there, not sure if this is where to post a question like this, but I'm kind of new to the whole computer upgrading thing, and I'm trying to find a BIOS upgrade for my really old Compaq EvoD310v computer, so I can put a Pentium 4 in it. (I've done my homework, it will work with my comp) Here's the technical info:

OS: Windows XP SP3
Motherboard manufacturer: Compaq
Motherboard model: 0804h
BIOS version: 686O2 v3.18 may 28th, 2003

I can't seem to find an update for this BIOS anywhere! If anybody knows where I could find this, I'd be really appreciative.
