I am having trouble with getting into the desktop at startup. A picture of a sign with this useless poem is what is displayed. There is no start menu and no desktop icons,Nothing but this picture. I can use task manager to run a program and bring up the start menu and desktop. I then cannot access many files in control panel to inspect what the prob could be. Norton scans and reports nothing. At shut down however an error reads '/idlist,:552:3300,C:\Documents, and the number 522:3300 changes each time on restart...
