Recently I have download Linux ISO in cdr form which need few cd-r. I would like to know the way I can combine all the ISO i have downloaded into 1 ISO so that I can burn the ISO into dvd-r and it still can be bootable and functional when i want to install the LINUX OS.

I could be wrong, but I think that if you wanted the 1 ISO to be bootable you would need to write a file to boot the ISO, like are in the individual ISO's

You can't combine multiple Linux ISOs that were origanally intended to be spread across multiple cds. You will need to download the DVD ISO. Not all linux versions have DVD ISOs check the mirrors and download lists.

Interestingly enough though Solaris 10 was made for CDs but it also is able to be combined into a DVD iso through the command line I forget the commands you should check out sun's site.
