COLOR DISFIGURATION for laptop NEED HELP!! PLZ

hey guys well this is what happeneing. i have a toshiba laptop that has windows ME on it. and one day i turned it on and the color became really bad like 16 color and then the size of the screen was really small. i cant do anything because the color is so bad. i tried going to display and changin it but when it restars it just goes back to the beginnig, its so annoying PLEASE HELP

Make sure you have the latest display drivers and try resetting the screen colors and resolution again.
