Clearing program traces

Hi, Im trying to install Norton Anti Spam 2004. When I finish then installation process, I reboot, but it continually tells me to keep rebooting . I want to start fresh. How can I get what ever is left of this program out of the registry. *yes im aware of the problems that may come up after screwing around with the registy.

Uninstall the software first, and download registry cleaners, one such s/w is 'registry mechanic' . Install any of the reg cleaner softwares to clean up the invalid and un-used entries.
