Default cleaning up my harddrive

I wanted to put files that are talking alot of space up on my cpu onto disk.I wanted to know how i can determine which files,programs, extension etc...in the program files that I could put on disk without it causing ill effects on my system or programs running.

Your post is kinda odd, about the CPU ect.

Well anything running will be important, if you want to move it, it wont be able to run. I suggest uninstalling any programs your not using, and taking programs off the start menu.
