No, I meant the BSOD.
Update:
I removed the bad Ram stick, ran MemTest86 and found no errors. But the BSOD still appears where mentioned before. What should I do next?

I uninstalled the Nvidia drivers but get the BSOD when trying to install new drivers for my graphics card!

What should I try next?

By the way Mac213 I really appreciate your help here. If anyone else has any ideas as well let me know.

I ended up having to reinstall windows xp. I actually got one bsod afterwards "page_fault_in_nonpaged_area" but I never got any more again since. Seems okay for now. Thanks for your help.
