Changing system icons

Hi,

Maybe a stupid question but i've done the googling for this and lost myself there ...

I've got some rather sweet new icons to replace pretty much every standard XP icon ... how do I actually replace my icons????

I can do the standard ones on the desktop and the ones for files .... i'm bothered about the control panel ones for example ...

Please help?
