Changing system drive letter

My drive leter just changed when i formated the drive and now it is named as a cd drive some programs dont work properly with it (constantly reinstall) it doesnt have any system folders on it and

Hmmm

How would i Fix this cause it doesnt show my cd drive in the disk management and i need to change up the cd drive with my hard drive.... Can that other program work
