Use your CD key that came with windows.

Here ya go.

It finds your XP and allows you to change it also. They also have links to similar items as well on the page.

Microsoft, yes Microsoft has an article explaining how to change the key on Volume Licensing editions. Just thought I'd share this as well.

How to change the Volume Licensing product key on a Windows XP SP1-based computer

I've been told that article applies to SP2 as well.
