Change Windows folder stuff

Back in win 98 and 2000 and all those oldies you used to be able to go into a folder, choose veiw and select an option where you could change the background and font color of the folder and edit the code for it.

what was that option called and can you do it in XP?

you can customize the folder with diff icons and such or picture, not sure about the font just for that folder.....
