Is there an application available to change the theme on a PC running Windows 2000 ??

Go to www.themeworld.com and download one. Or change to one of the other themes available in Win2K. I am guessing you know how to do this? If not, right click the desktop, select properties, then click the dropdown arrow in the themes box.
