Change Registered to Name??

Hi folks,

Can anyone tell me how to change the name in the Registered to
Section of a product (after the installation).
Like say for example when you install an OS. You have the given name in the Registered to section of the systems General property window. But what if i need to change that name which is already given.
Please help...
