change nt product key

a few months back we had a problem with one of our nt machines so we had to reinstall. We used an evaluation copy to install while we waited for our purchased copy to arrive. Now we ran into the problem that our evaluation copy has expired. How do we change the product key in windows nt. We have a program to change it in windows xp, would this same program work?

I have this program called Rock XP that lets you do this. Not sure what Warez posted above, but its worth a look. I use this a lot to retrieve my internet passwords that I forget as well..lol. Nice tool.
