Change font colors for file names

I have Googled and found very little. I tried the IESHWIZ utility, but that didn't work. I need to be able to make a file name in a shared folder stand out from the others so users don't have to actually think or read, just click the one that looks different.

Change the Icon? That is about all i can think of.

The only icon is the "W" for word document.

Well changing the font and all that will do it for every icon. So the only thing you can do is find more icons and switch that one.
