Certs not showing up in IE

I have an ID and Encryption certificate through ECA. There is a website I'm trying to go to and I need to use my ID cert in order to access it. I've been to the page before and it has seen my cert. But now when I go to the site, my cert isn't showing up. I'm using IE and I have tried reimporting my certs but still no luck. Any suggestions??
