Cd-rom and floppyless laptop-->installing windowsxp

Just like the topic title says.. i have a pct1100 tablet laptop by HP. No cdrom and no floppy support. Is there anyway to install windows on this laptop? if so would someone kindly point me to a website where it explains this?

does it support USB?

if so, use a USB hard drive or memory key, and copy the XP cd contents to that. You would need about 600MB, minimum.
